Are there fees to cancel after the deadline?
  • Keep in mind there are fees to cancel late
  • Communicate ASAP so we can revise plans
For Phone/Skype meetings, who makes the call?
  • You'll make the call to me for all appointments (contact information is provided at booking).
Can I arrive early (how early)?
  • Calls: should be made on time.
  • In-person: arrival should be no more than about 5-10 minutes early.
  • Reservations last for the appointed duration regardless of how early we start (unless we agree to a revised plan).

Prepare for your session
These little things can make a big difference in your results:
  • ​Plan ahead to minimize distractions. Let go of the day's drama. Hydrate, breathe, and relax.
  • We’ll co-create a comfortable, safe space. If not achieved, you may decline the work without penalty.
  • Plan time for integration and enjoyment after your session – avoid having to rush off to the next thing.
  • I want you to be happy with the services, so if something's amiss, let's address it right away.
  • (for my sake) Avoid wearing commercial perfume/cologne to our in-person meetings. Essential oils are fine.

Private Sessions – What to Expect

for Relaxation: Sound/Energy Work, etc.

BEFORE session
  • Silence or turn off electronic devices.
  • If we meet via phone/skype – find a quiet, comfortable space to recline and relax.

DURING session
  • Intake conversation discovers goals, expectations, and needs. To use time wisely, keep your reports relevant and succinct.
  • We’ll use massage table, floor mat, or chair.
  • You remain clothed except for shoes, belt.
  • If light touch is offered, it’s ok to decline.
  • Signal me for any need (ex. restroom; bedding, water, music, temperature; change focus, etc.)
  • After work is complete, we'll briefly discuss your experience and next steps.

AFTER session
  • Reflect before moving to the next activity.
  • Stay hydrated, get plenty of rest.
  • Book additional sessions as needed.
for Verbal Facilitation: Coaching, MIR, etc.

BEFORE session
  • Fill out a Pre-Session Form for best results and to shorten intake time.
  • If we meet via phone/skype – find a quiet, comfortable space to focus on our meeting.

DURING session
  • Intake conversation discovers goals, expectations, and needs. To use time wisely, keep your reports relevant and succinct.
  • My statements and questions should feel "right"; stop me if I've misunderstood.
  • I’ll interrupt to keep us on track for time/topic.
  • We'll wrap up by discussing your experience and next best actions, if any.
  • Coaching clients might receive homework assignments.

AFTER session
  • Reflect before moving to the next activity.
  • Remember homework and due dates.
  • Book additional sessions as needed.
