- If you need help with your selections at any point in this process, just contact us.
- Navigate to the page: Calendars > Set an Appointment
- Click the type of reservation you want to make – this will take you to a calendar in the online booking system.
- Switching to a different calendar is easy using the provided links.
- Select your preferred session type and duration.

- Select a calendar view that's easy for you to work with (month, week, day, or available times)
- Find and click on an available time block – you may need to create an account or log in to complete this step

- Choose your preferred venue or phone/skype from the drop down menu
- Ensure other required fields are complete and accurate (name, email, phone).

- Click "Create Appointment"
- Complete and submit any required intake forms (they will come up automatically).
- Make the advance payment if required. If you need a different payment option, contact us first.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email. If you did not receive one, contact us.
- We will confirm with the venue first, then re-confirm with you or propose any necessary adjustments.
