- Online scheduling is a streamlined intake process that secures your reservation.
- Manual scheduling (by email, phone, etc) is provided on request for clients requiring special accommodations.

Step 1 of 12
- READ the current Welcome message.

- LOG IN if you are a returning user.
- If you do not have an account, proceed to the next step. You can create an account later.

- To purchase a new PACKAGE or SUBSCRIPTION – click the link referenced by the arrow. If no link appears just scroll down on that same page to see a list of the session and package options.
- To book SINGLE or RECURRING Sessions – Scroll to the next instruction...

- Do you have a CODE for a prepaid session or discount? If so, click the available button to enter it now.
- To make your reservation, keep scrolling down to the next instruction...

- Browse the menu, and click the TYPE of single (or recurring) appointment you want to reserve.

- Check to select any optional UPGRADES to your reservation.

- From the drop down menu, select your own TIME ZONE, and click to confirm.
- The selected time zone is shown in the lower right corner of the page.

- In the calendar view, select the preferred DATE for our meeting (may be shown in weeks or months)...
- Next, select the preferred TIME...
- Then decide if you want the appointment to be ONE TIME or RECURRING (if recurring, ask about Subscription rates).

- Enter your own CONTACT information and double check for typos before moving on to the next section.

- Review our current POLICIES online at the link provided on that page...
- Then complete the rest of the INTAKE FORM to the best of your ability – contact us with questions on this.

- If an option appears, decide if you will pay for your appointment NOW or LATER...
- NOTE: Even if you decide to pay later, your appointment will be secured with a credit card in the next step.

- Make sure the amount due for today MATCHES what you expected to see (if not, go back).
- Complete the AUTHORIZATION FORM.
- NOTE: If this card is not your preferred payment method, make other arrangements with us BEFORE your session date.
Confirmation
- Check your inbox for an automatic CONFIRMATION email. If you do not receive this within a few minutes, contact us.
- For LOCAL sessions we'll arrange use of a room at the selected venue, then re-confirm with you (or propose adjustments).
